However, due to their responsibilities and commitments, the availability of the Primarchs may vary. - Primarch. A chapter's High Officers consist of three Primarchs. A Primarch must have been a member in good standing for no less than 10 years. The Primarchs make decisions by consensus, with suggestions from the Chancellor. When a Primarch dies or retires, the Chancellor takes his place. The Primarchs then appoint a new Chancellor.
- Chancellor. A Chancellor of the Most Noble Order is a respected member of the High Officers, chosen for their leadership and wisdom.
