(a.k.a. The Faceless)

Weilay Lenya, otherwise known as The Faceless, is a changeling whose skills in impersonation and wide vocal range allow him to carry out many operations of subterfuge and sabotage. He typically does this to create as much immediate chaos as possible, though he is not unknown to take requests from those with enough money or a job that suits his ideals.

Personal history

Weilay was born in the changeling-based territory of Bajkahm at the foot of Cloudreach and near the border of the Tylotian Empire. He and his family lived in comfortable poverty, though not comfortable enough to afford getting him into Clementine's, the bardic school of Twierre he so desired.
Instead, he used his natural-born abilities to secure his own means of funding. Some, such as small tricks he performed in the open market during the day, were legal. The others, often involving Weilay disguising himself and sneaking into the rightful owner's home, weren't. Regardless, he eventually scraped together enough money to enter the college before dropping out 5 months later. This was when he realized that the more "respectable" tricks and applications of magic just weren't for him. What he had longed for wasn't the actual methods he was now practicing, but the ones he had used to get him there in the first place.
Ever since, he has been wandering around Endhaven and doing whatever pleases him, which often means leaving the past location in a state of confusion and disarray before moving onto whatever new situation has caught his attention.

Education

Weilay's education comes in the form of various pieces of advice and lessons picked up from his childhood in Bajkahm. His formal education is comprised of 5 months of studying at the bardic college of Clementine's in Twierre. The majority of what knowledge he uses now was self-taught while scrounging up money to attend the former.

Weilay has an insatiable craving for sweets, especially in the form of baked goods. He is also an avid fan of comedy and comedians of all sorts.
He has had a fear of cats and rats since he was young, caused when he saw a cat get run over by a wagon and calmly walk away. The rat in its mouth had also seemed dead at the time, but had scurried off itself before the cat could chase after it.

Personality Quirks

Weilay's odd sense of humor may cause him to laugh at inopportune or insensitive moments. This has nearly caused him to blow his cover a few times, though he has gotten better at disguising it as a sneeze or a cough.
