Water Barrier

Effect

A wavering barrier of water springs into place. A wall 5 meters in length, 2 meters tall and 10 centimeters in width appears at the point chosen by the caster. Any creature that attempts to pass through it takes become soaked for the duration of the spell. Soaked creatures are treated as if they have the water subtype. The wall is translucent, but provides hard cover against ranged attacks.
