Toxic Fumes

Effect

Toxic gas fills the selected area, choking those who breath it. A cloud of toxic gas fills an area centered on a point that the caster can see. All creatures who breathe in the gas must make a basic END save or take 20 Poison damage. On a successful save, take 10 Poison damage instead. For each third level after the first that the caster possesses increase the save success category by one.
