Effect

The caster opens two portals on the designated locations. Any creature or object that enters the portal teleports to the other. If the far portal would open on a space that is already occupied, it instead opens at the nearest unoccupied position within range. If the caster is familiar with the target location, has recently scryed the target location or has a clear picture of the target location this spell costs 50% less.
