Effect

The mage says an incantation and attempts to teleport a creature they have previous met or scryed to them. The caster must succeed on a challenging Magicka check to conjure the target. If the target is unwilling, they may make a simple FOR save to resist the effect. The check's difficulty is reduced by 1 and the save's difficulty is increased by 1 if the caster possesses a token of significant importance to the target. On success, the target appears within 2 meters of the caster in a safe location. If no suitable location exists, the teleport fails.
