Effect

The touched target glows with magical energies then begins to shrink becoming tiny in nature. Target must make a basic END save or shrink to the next size category, taking upon the average height & weight of that category. Their Strength and Endurance lowers by 6, their Perception raises by 6 and they gain a bonus of 12 to Dodge. For each third level after the first that the caster possesses increase the save success category by one.
