Polymorph Foe

Effect

The target is imbued with magical energy and changes to a entirely different form. The target must immediately make a basic FOR save and on a failed save, the target morphs into a creature of the caster's choice. The target loses all physical traits, but retains mental skills, attributes and abilities. If the new form has spell-like abilities, they may not be used. Upon reaching zero hit points, the target takes damage equal to the hit points lost as the polymorphed form. For each third level after the first that the caster possesses increase the save success category by one.
