Effect

A shadowy bolt blasts from the caster's focus into a target. Target must make a basic FOR save or take 15 Psychic damage. On a successful save, the target takes no damage and reduces the save success category by one against future Illusionary Bolts for 24 hours (effect is cumulative). For each third level after the first that the caster possesses increase the save success category by one.
