Effect

The target sprouts a pair of butterfly wings that allow it to fly. As a partial action, the target can take off from a standing position. After taking off, the target gains a 14 meter fly speed. The target cannot fly while under medium or heavy encumbrance or while exhausted. The target can fly for a number of consecutive rounds equal to twice their Endurance (minimum 1 round) - 2. They can exert themselves to fly for up to twice as long, but they become exhausted at the end of the flight. In addition, the target can use their wings to glide, negating damage from a fall from any height and allowing 6 meters of forward travel for every 2 meters of descent.

Side/Secondary Effects

By paying double the base mana, the caster can double the fly speed gained.
