Displacement Board

A rectangular device that has power-repulsion emitters from the bottom of the board. It allows levitation of 20cm above ground or liquid. Can be "driven" by a rider. The board moves up to a speed of 16m per phase. It can hold up to 1000kg of weight. To control under pressure or when non-proficient a hard Mechanical Ride check is required.
