Effect

The caster senses the surrounding area for traces of necromantic energy. Instantly upon casting the mage knows if there are any undead creatures within the vicinity. By focusing for a minute, the caster can determine the number of undead within range and may make a hard Scry check to determine the exact location of each undead.

Side/Secondary Effects

Intelligent undead creatures may make a hard FOR save to realize they were sensed and on a failed Scry check from the caster this is an easy save instead.
