Bobby's Bouncing Bubble

Effect

A large bubble launches out of the casters outsrectched appendage. This bubble bounces around dealing damage to all it touches until it pops dealing an explosive burst of damage. The bubble bounces off all surfaces. When the bubble contacts a surface, the caster rolls a 1d100. On a 49 or below the bubble pops, dealing 25 Water damage to everything within 2 meters. Affected creatures can make a easy PER save to take half damage. Each time it bounces, it subtracts 10 the next roll on a cumulative factor. If the bubble doesn't pop, randomly determine the direction it bounces. Each creature or object it collides with takes 10 Crushing damage.

Side/Secondary Effects

By paying an additional 15 mana, instead half the malus gained each time the bubble bounces.
