Power Generation

The power of an airship stems comes from the use of the miasma stream in the air. They have complicated systems in order to utilize the miasma for power. Although, there is some use of elecricity necessary for the power, especially for the sensors and other electronic devices.

Propulsion

Although airships take miasma from the stream, pilots use their own miasma in order to pilot and 'drive' the airships. The combination helps keep control of the ship for the entire ride. However, because of this, there has to be a couple of miasma pilots in order to compensate for the overuse of miasma which comes with the job. About 3-5 pilots are necessary depending on the length of the flight.

Communication Tools & Systems

They have their own radio (called a 'sylem') to communicate with other airships as well as an intercom to talk to passengers (used to inform them of circumstances or tell when about to land).

Sensors

The use of electricity in airships stems from the need of sensors.

Positional sensors

This is to make sure the pilots have the airships in the correct position in both latitude as well as the coordinates of where exactly they are in relation to their destination.

Temperature gauges

Gotta make sure the internal temperatures are normal and acceptable. We don't want our passengers getting too cold or too hot.

Air pressure gauges

The higher up you go, the less pressure there is!

There are airship ports across Enaros. They are not quite towers, but they are high enough for the ships to not touch the ground.

Depending on the airship, can carry about 55-75 passengers with private nighttime accommodations. Day airships can handle more. Cargo airships can carry to a couple hundred tonnes to a couple thousand tonnes of cargot
