Requirements

In order to receive the name you must be a close blood relative of the current holder & from the Tempest House.

Appointment

Generally the first son of the current King Gabriel is the natural heir, however if there is a better suited member of the Tempest House they will be chosen.

Duties

The holder of this title is the head of state. Fully responsible for the running of Breitia.

History

The name King Gabriel is taken is respect for the first King of Breitia. The name also is used to create a sense that the ruling heads of state are constant, almost immortal in a sense.
Every person that takes this name loses the name given at birth & simply adds a numerical number at the end.
