Caretaker of the Annals Klaus Tassos

Klaus Tassos began his career as an initiate with the Alsonan Rangers when he was just a teenager. He learned the ropes from some of the finest rangers to have ever served with the guild. He performed admirably, although few would call him truly heroic. He survived the majority of his adventures unscathed, until his final one. The Alsonan Rangers put out a call for guides and scouts to serve the Alsonan Royal Army during the Wingo War, and he was quick to answer. Unfortunately, on one of his patrols he was intercepted by elves, and while he was triumphant in battle, he lost both of his legs and had to crawl back to Alsonan lines after barely healing himself. While magical healing was attempted, apparently the elves used a form of poison which prevented regeneration and Tassos was involuntarily retired from active duty. However, he remained as a Ranger, but took it upon himself to become the keeper of the Annals of the Rangers, preserving the old records and entering new tales of heroism and daring, where he remains to this day.
