Heart's Desire

The 'fey wine' called Heart's Desire is often described as being a rich purple, somewhere between a fine merlot and a cheap fruit punch. It is understood that this drink originates from the fey wild, though some druids have been known to brew their own, to greater or lesser success.

When you drink this potion, you are instantly teleported to the place you most wish to be at that exact moment. Any items you are wearing and/or carrying, up to 2x your own bodyweight, is also transported along with you. Pets, familiars, and other living creatures are not teleported. 
A group of individuals drinking potions at the same time may or may not arrive in the same place, depending on where each user wants to go, and how familiar they are with the destination. It is more difficult still to arrive at a destination you have never previously visited, or have only heard/read about.
