Mastery

In the fortress city of Loria, there are two companies that control the burgeoning military-industrial complex: the Wolfcast Company and Lionetworks. The former is a shrewd armor and weapons provider for the Theussaun Protectorate, which is run and owned by an even more shrewd businesswoman: a tiefling by the name of Mastery. An intelligent and suave tiefling woman, Mastery has climbed the ranks of the Wolfcast Company ferociously, accruing an immense wealth for herself as the sole proprietor and CEO. But, Mastery is much more than just a cunning leader and business trailblazer, indeed, she has many facets to her personality.
One could wax on about her cold temper and her war hawkishness behind closed doors, how her personal friendship with General Andris of the Aegis Division allows her to secure ever more lucrative deals selling weapons and armor to the Protectorate, and how she incenses the war in Orakgra to provide her company (and herself with more wealth). They could talk about how the Wolfcast has its own private military company, dubbed the Wolfcasters, who defend their foundries and warehouses and even guard the CEO herself. But talking about her business and political dealings is so droll. And Mastery feels the same way.
Indeed, Mastery considers herself a friend first and a influential figure second, and loves to get close with people who catch her attention, whether they realize they did or not. In fact, the primary function of her assistant, Asher Darkdraft, is to find her more "friends," and keep longer term partners in close contact. Mastery is rather sexually promiscuous, amassing a rather large amount of connections from those men, women, and everyone else whom she happens to take a liking to. She knows she's attractive, she knows she's wealthy, and most of all, she knows her will is much stronger than most people she deals with, from the lowliest workers to the "most esteemed" nobles. 
But, Mastery enjoys the game almost as much as she enjoys the players. She's never forceful about her offers, and she respects the decisions her partners-to-be make. She never forces anyone to partake in her circus, but when they do agree, she ensures that both parties receive ample compensation. And so, Mastery has slowly built a web around herself, where players in her game range from heroes and adventurers to clergy members and government officials, All arranged so Mastery can have a little fun.
