Derumnose Creeper

The dermunose creeper is named so because it grows towards sources of wells of weft, often seen strangling magical trees and ruins with lingering magic, similar to how Derum seek weft to consume.

The creeper has dark red roots and leaves that are green in the cool seasons but turn white in the hot seasons, softly glowing gold.

Derumnose creepers are hardy and considered pests (like the pest they are named after), they grow basically anywhere there is a bounty of weft.
