The Ant Hive Raid
The finale to the prologue and raid into the treacherous Ant Hive.
Chance of Success Factors:
- How many teleport markers Elel placed within the hive. (9/10 were placed) +10 to success chance
- Morale at the beginning of the raid. (Domino gave a rousing speech. Lord Solem had been found murdered.) +5 to success chance
- Leadership during the raid. (Kruk is an excellent fighter and ok leader.) +0 to success chance
- Success of killing the queen. (TBD) Either +15 to success chance
- Survivors Saved. (Everyone knows some of the survivors are still within the hive.) +5 to success chance
- 1-40 Complete Failure, the majority of the guards were killed and very few were saved. The town's most feeble will be evacuated and Durami becomes a ghost town.
- 41-60 Partial Failure, many guards and survivors lost their lives, but the majority made it back alive and safe, the town will never be the same but will continue.
- 61-80 Success, the guards and survivors managed to escape with few dead or injured and the ant forces were near completely obliterated, the town is safe and sound.
- 81-100 Great Success, nearly everyone survived, the ants were nearly all killed, the raid was a legendary success and the members will forever be a part of Durami.

Structure
Exposition
1 - The raiding force will be meeting within the same hall in which the town previously took revelry in, blood of both human and ant still fresh across it's floors and walls. Zemo will explain the plan for the raiders at Kruk's request. After which the Whispering Wood's captain's secretary and resident blue kobold will explain the evacuation measures taking place throughout the town in a worse case scenario. Kruk (or one of the players) will give a brief speech to rouse the guard force after which everyone will head to their assignments as discussed before.
Zemo's Plan: Calculating in the 50 guards, extremely overpowered yet dull guard-captain, cleric and four assisting helpers Zemo has concocted a plan for the breach. Firstly, using one of the four helpers, he plans to mark different sections of the hive using arcane sigils secretly. Secondly, right before the raid he plans to teleport in the brew he and Patrick made into gas form directly into the various locations, essentially attacking the ants with chemical warfare. Thirdly, the guard captain will then rush in with the entire guard force and begin clearing various sections of the hive systematically, also locating and rescuing any survivors. While that's happening a smaller team is to locate and eliminate the ant queen and her royal guard to prevent repopulation. The small team consisting of the four helpers and Zemo.
2 - As the smaller team enters the queen's lair they'll find themselves accosted with various manner of hazards, creatures and secrets. The first royal guard they're to meet is "The Swift" and ant with psychic like abilities and hyper intelligence, capable of holding hostages even. The creature will try to taunt and bait them into following it through dangerous areas and into ambushes. After that will be "The Knight" who will try to pick off the players one by one while constantly jumping in and out of the astral plane, often working with "The Swift" or entirely alone. Finally, the guardian to the queen's lair is "The Brute" A massive megadon Ant with alien features and an unmatched blood-lust.
