The Genesis Court

The Genesis Court is the realm of magic which has been so specialised that it is almost a science. It is the source of all wizards' and artificers' magical ability and their ability to comprehend the equations that make up magic as a whole.

The ruler of the Genesis Court is Lady Nu, a Naga. She has long black hair in an elaborate half-up that swirls at the ends into inky black clouds, and golden snake eyes. She often wears a multi-layered set of robes that has billowing sleeves, and she has black, scale-tipped fingers.

It is rumoured, mostly by the more eccentric of mages, that this is where the unborn souls of all who are gifted with the ability to wield magic pass through on their way to their mortal bodies.
