The Court of the Winds

The Court of the Winds is the fey domain that commands all flying folk, and are ruled by a council of the Anemoi. This domain is made of clouds and endless sky, and within it, palaces that seem to float on the breeze.
The fey folk who hail from this court are mercurial and a little bit ditzy in nature, but they are still bound by the laws of all fey.
The Council of Anemoi is made up of Boreas (The North Wind), Notus (The South Wind), Zephyr (The East Wind) and Eurus (The West Wind).
