Countess Eostre

Countess Eostre is a tall fey woman, standing at about seven feet in height. She usually wears pastels and light, airy dresses, and a crown of flowers in her pale blonde hair. She also tends to wear high heels made of plant matter and speaks in a chirpy voice.

She carries a wand named Spring Blossom which is gold and green and has a little glass ball on the top that constantly has a flower in it.
