Session 19,To the Gate of Drekim

General Summary

Previously, the champions of our tale had made their way to the Hearth City, Aldhon, in order to inform the queen of their journey. After a few tense moments, they informed her mostly of what they learned and accomplished in Bayhold, witholding elements that concerned Yera or the strangeness of the Sjokung's son. The queen informed the group the Bayhold has suffered a terrible raid, and they are soon to retaliate. On their way out to continue their journey, Angsa, the crown princess of Aldhon was caught in her snooping. After a brief argument her parents allowed her to accompany the group on their journey to aid Drekim. On their journey, they encountered a group of cultists attacking a group of Drekkin warriors and in their defense Gorthak unwittingly passed on his affliction to two members of the group. We pick up now with the group scaling the cliff that leads to the entrance to Drekim's sanctum, as a Iltir woman and strange undead monstrosity peers over the edge and begins to throw boulders down to try to knock them off...
