The Way of the God Emperor

The Way of the God Emperor, also simply called the Way, is the official and only state religion of the Eternal Empire of Qoyne. It is devoted to the worship of the God Emperor.
The religion has two texts within its canon, The Testament which is a collection of stories of the Emperor’s heroic deeds collected by scribes and historians over the years, and The Way of Life which is a collection of nine core principles the Emperor has spoken about.

Tenets of Faith

1. Do not be fooled to worship false gods, devils, demons or the delinquent creators.
2. Speak the truth, or at the very least, do not lie.
3. Show tolerance to those who may yet learn, and intolerance to those who are intolerant.
4. Teach those who wish to learn, and seek to learn from those who may teach.
5. Be kind to those who are less fortunate than you, for soon your roles may be reversed.
6. Forgive those who have transgressed against you once, twice, but never a third time.
7. Seek forgiveness for your transgressions and offer service as penance for harm you've done.
8. Find your talent and offer it to those in your community so you may all thrive. Seek not generosity, but reciprocity.
9. Do not fall to despair. Be grateful in spite of your suffering and hopeful in spite of your sorrow.
