Tablet of Cidna Corr
A pale white marble tablet engraved with golden celestial runes.
A creature that has learned the Rites of Cidna Corr can use this tablet to call upon the Divine Concordant.
Performing the Rites of Cidna Corr. As an action while touching the tablet, a spellcaster can activate the tablet, causing divine magic to channel through it. Though the tablet is indestructible, it has an AC of 20 and can be attacked. If it takes 200 hit points of damage while channeling, it deactivates. After the tablet has completed channeling for an hour, it ignites, and the initiating spellcaster can begin concentrating on the ritual.
Every round, they can use their action to make an ability check adding their spellcasting ability modifier. They can also choose to expend a spell slot, adding the level of the expended spell to the roll. The result of this roll is saved as a part of a cumulative skill check.
The ritual is completed once the cumulative result of this ability check is equal to or greater than 100. If the caster loses concentration, the result of their accumulated rolls is reduced by 40 (to a minimum of zero).
The Divine Concordant. The caster is teleported to demi-plane and is given a brief audience with avatars of the prime deities that underwrote the Divine Concordant. They review whether the invocation rises to the standard of “Threat to the gods or to existence itself”.
If the Cidna Corr invocation is successful, the tablet disintegrates into golden sand. The caster is able to designate any immediate threats. All followers of the prime deities bound to the Divine Concordant receive a telepathic call to arms, and are teleported to an unoccupied space on the closest solid surface in a direction of the caster's choice, with knowledge of any designated threats.
Any follower that is alive after three days is automatically teleported back to where they were when they received the call to arms, landing in the nearest safe unoccupied space.
