Soul Scarred

Certain effects that interact with the souls of deceased creatures risk permanently damaging their souls. This can lead to a special condition called soul scarred.
This condition is cumulative. Each time you receive it, you gain 1 soul scar. If your number of soul scars exceeds 10, you cannot be resurrected by any means and your spirit is forever torn asunder.
