Choose one creature you can see within range. Silvery strips of magical energy loop around the creature's form. The target must succeed on a Strength Saving Throw.

• Major Success: The target is unaffected.
• Success: The target's flying speed (if any) is reduced to 5 feet until in the end of its next turn.
• Failure: The target's flying speed (if any) is reduced to 0 feet. The target repeats the Saving Throw at the end of its next turn.
• Major Failure: As failure, and but the target is affected for the duration and doesn't repeat the Saving Throw.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell at 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each level above 3rd.
