Telleraal Island

The largest island in the Bay of Sunken Lights, Telleraal Island is a heavily mountainous island, with it's highest peaks continually topped with snow while the lower slopes are blanketed with humid forests.
The island is mostly uninhabited aside from the occasional small village clinging to the coast or a few sheltered harbors along the south-western cliffs.  The northern coast of the island is dominated by the massive ruins known as the Shattered Towers.
The continued exclusion from settlement has allowed the island to remain a haven for wildlife, a huge variety of animals have their home on the island.  Additionally, the island has been known to be the roost of several dragons.  One of the largest populations north of Cauron.
