Marquis of Hell

The Marquis of Hell are the municipal rulers of Hell being publicly elected official with approval from the both the regional cardinal and the district's lord. They oversee the cities and townships of Hell and answer directly to the lord above them and the demons who saw them fit to be elected. Most marquises are either new or extrinsic demons with most new testament demons not caring for municipal affairs.
