Genasi

The Genasi are a humanoid race, infused by the elements of their home planes. They carry traits, as well as aestethics, from these planes, making them stand out in a crowd where ever they go. Genasi are rarely seen in the material plane, though they often seek out adventures on the world of mortals, more so than any other planes of existence.
There are 4 known sub-races of Genasi:

Air Genasi hail from the elemental plane of Air, home of the Djinni. They are a volatile race, prone to outbursts of anger, as well as joy. They revel in the constantly shifting nature of life, and seek adventure to challenge themselves physically and mentally.

Earth Genasi are natives of the elemental plane of Earth, home of the Dao. They are deeply rooted in the earth, making them a sturdy and strong race, that do not move for anything. Their connection to rock, earth and stone, makes them a stubborn and loyal race.

Fire Genasi make their home in the elemental plane of Fire, home of the Efreeti. They are a impatient and daring race, not easily convinced by strategy or plans, when a battle cry and a ball of fire would do. They are often flamboyant in their portrayal of themselves and would rather show off and be noticed, than hide any parts of themselves.

Water Genasi are from the elemental plane of Water, home of the Marid. They are adventure loving and love the open "road", often found in the wild rather than in civilization. Lovers of all things nature, they are a much more peaceful race than their cousins, though one would be wise to avoid angering a Water Genasi, if drowning is not on ones bucketlist.
