Lipare

Lipare, the capital city of Freole, is near the Strait of Aloc, the body of water that divides Spahl from Laerdt’nah. Lipare had several small ports but much more impressive waterwork systems which were used to pull water into the city, remove the salt from the water, and use it grow crops. Outside of the theological influence on the city, alchemical learning and practice are vital to the city, and scholarly and academic groups are very common in all walks and ways of life.
