Appearance: Flowing white hair that moves as if caught in an unseen breeze, pale blue skin, and piercing silver eyes. She wears a high-collared admiral’s coat lined with enchanted runes that allow her to hover at will.
Goal: Secure Azurehold’s dominance over airship travel, ensuring that no merchant fleet can bypass her control—legally or otherwise.
