Selune enjoys her duty as the star herder. She is said to herd the stars and the moon Kirik from their slumber each day with a song she plays and she watches over them all night long. In the high north where the sun does not rise during certain times of year, Selune is said to be overjoyed to get to play all day long for days on end.

Alters to Selune

Alters to Selune are often painting and depictions of the stars and moon Kirik and people leave her instruments of all types and dried fruits to snack on to keep her content on her long night watches. People also leave her silver in thanks for beautiful night skies.
