Jay Likal is the junior lawyer in Calatan and almost entirely in awe of Sur Memet Kall whom he greatly admires.
Jay is obvious in his dislike of Captain Blake Renfrew and sides consistently with Sur Memet in any issues where he and Renfrew disagree.
