Oharith Tablet III

The tablet appears to be made of some form of forged metal, it is extremely hard and resists all attempts to scratch its surface. A sequence of runes prove unintelligible

The reverse of the tablet bears an engraving that looks fairly crudely done. Quite what was used to scratch the surface is a mystery.
