The first convening of the Council of Wyrms
The Council of Wyrms was established in order to maintain order and governance across all of Dragon Kind. After the seeming failure of the Dragon League, the Concil had expanded it's representation to encompass all metallic and chromatic clans, not just the participants of the last Titan War. In this way, the Council could also begin to seed their influence across the world, but in a more diplomatic way. They had enough work to deal with corralling and policing their feral kin, but now they had a more hospitable approach for the mortal kingdoms to treat with them.
