Welcome to the land of heroes and villains. The land of evil and good. A place between the heavens and hells, where Giants and Dragons make the ground quake and crack. Mind Flayers and Beholders rule in deep mountains and endless caverns. But amidst the mosters and malevolent are other creatures, characters, and kingdoms that possess parallel powers and vindictive virtue. Holy Crusaders and vengeful devils, angelic hunters and ferocious fiends; whether they be friend or foe is up to you.   In this world, most anything is possible from a certain point of view. Slay the village, or save the villagers. Pillage a ship, or save it from sinking. Become either a protector, or doombringer. Whichever side you chose it's never too late to switch; but beware the concequences. Some people, or places may not forget your face or your deeds.   Here, you'll see some common troupes of fantasy such as Elves, Dwarves, Halflings, Orcs, Goblins, and Kobolds. Don't let this fool you. Hiding under the guise of the ordinary lies other worlds, quests, species, and portals to the fantastic. This realm is a living one, so don't be surprised by shifting borders, expanding land masses, and new discoveries from one vist to the next.   Feel free to stay within the norm, you'll still find plenty of adventure there. If you care to explore some more, you might find something you like, and possibly...somethings you won't.
