— The triangle is the strongest shape in the universe. —

Tabians believe everything has been, and will always be, created by the three major forces- the Soul, Nature, and the Force of Life. Just as the nature of the triangle, one point cannot be neglected without the other two, because all three together form the meaning of existence and hold the powerful three point balance of all that is known.   Countless deities and spirits are prayed to, both with and without forms. Unlike gods in other traditions who are assigned specific roles, such as the "God of the Sea," the deities in this world act according to their own will and roles that may change. The immortal entities of Eleanora follow their own agendas and may alter their subtle appearances or how they are represented over time.

The Major Deities

Eleanora
It is believed that the Goddess Eleanora created her world with her very hands. Tabians are her first apex creature of creation she had ever done as a learning spirit of the cosmos, so she had invited her friends Dea, Gierra, and Ariella to witness her creation.   Legend says that she had lived the life of the Tabian and walked among them for generations. As centuries passed, she became tired and fell into a deep sleep. The people that practice lineage and bloodlines believe she resides in the veins of the Grace royal family. Someday, she will be awoken reincarnated once again. That day has been falsely predicted many times, but is not truly known.
"I will rest now, dear ones, but fear not-- I am always with you. Just as the earth cradles the seed, so shall I hold you. From every struggle you will grow."

"The true horror of the Wolfex lies in its glowing yellow eyes and insatiable hunger for the Tabian soul. His ancient cry promises death with an unsettling silence to follow. Do not leave the Outer Circle at night, do not stray, and never travel alone. The children of Dea are always watching."
— Spirit Guide of the Sun Temple of Caoimhe.
Dea
Life is precious and death is inevitable. Suffering should not be common when Eleanora has created her children to love life to its fullest, right? The God Dea has loudly taken responsibility for the creation of the Wolfex- a vicious, terrible creature that look to eat Tabians and destroy their lives as top priority.. and he is proud of them.   Dea has left artifacts, drawings, and specific cursed items throughout the world showing off his creatures of creation. This has lead cults to form around them, as well as become a creature of worship, not fear for the Tabians that live in the country of Dea. The region had been renamed for this God himself after they had broken off from the rest of the world with a fierce revolutionary spirit.   Scholars say the Wolfex had appeared after Eleanora had fallen asleep. The reasons for Dea’s decision to create such a creature is speculated. Are Eleanora's friends here to stay, or are they restless and trapped on her planet while she is sleeping?

Gierra
Gierra is the most spectacular artist of the cosmos Eleanora had ever seen. Gierra assisted with coloring the earth, sea and sky. They are associated with deep lore, record keeping, libraries and compendiums, cartography and beauty. The witches of Northern Eleanora greatly admire Gierra’s work.
"The beauty of the world not only lies in what is seen, but in what remains hidden—whispered in shadows, waiting for zealous hearts to discover them."

“Hold up a goshdarn moment there lass, is that ah river pearl? Look at the size of that thing! Ariella truly blessed you.”
— Jocha to a local child playing in the Ariella rivers.
Ariella
There is chaos and disruption in all things, even new creations whose purpose is to be harmonious. During the first birth years of the planet, Eleanora’s Tabians did not get along and had split into two ancient factions of the north and south. Irritated with this, Ariella divided the continent into two, pushing the groups of young bloodthirsty Tabians apart. This gave them time apart to mature and collaborate together to overcome the great obsticle. This rift is now known as the Ariella Divide.   Ariella’s presence is most felt across the deepest ranges of the Divide and rivers that connect the continent to the sea.
