The Metronome Stone

The Metronome Stone is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament, which gives the holder the ability to freeze a creature's time for moments at a time, but it acts randomly.

The Metronome Stone can be used as an action during the holder's turn to activate, at which every turn after the activation a d20 will be rolled to see if their turn is completely skipped, via the person momentarily freezing in time and being unable to do anything.

Every time The Metronome Stone is used after the first time increases the chances the turn will be skipped, as follows:
First: 18 or above skips turn
Second: 15 or above
Third: 13 or above
Fourth: 10 or above
Fifth: 6 or above
Seventh: 3 or above
Eighth: 2 or above
The chances of a turn being skipped cannot be lowered further.

The Metronome Stone's champion was a gnome wizard named Bellygem, who wished to control time. Yhellel held restraints. Bellygem died 1 year later when he couldn't get a turn and the lich he was facing was getting turns.
