Suspicious Looking Stone

The Suspicious Looking Stone was a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. If this stone is stared at for more than 2 seconds, it will summon a random enemy to the location. Yhellel didn't see a reason to include a drawback for this wish, but he did wonder why someone would want something like this.

The Suspicious Looking Stone's champion was a Tiefling Necromancer named Onas who wished for infinite bodies to ressurect and experiment on. Unsurprisingly, Onas died a week later when the Suspicious Looking Stone summoned a Tarrasque.
