Stone of Weakening Constitution

The Stone of Weakening Constitution is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It allowed wielder great health in return for some stats.

The Stone of Weakening Constitution can be used as an action either give the user 1000 temp HP for one hour or raise their AC by 8 for one hour. Using either effect will decrease the wielder's constitution stat by 3, if they don't have enough constitution to give up 3 without going negative, no effect is activated and their stats remain unchanged.
