Stone of Warped Opportunity

The Stone of Warped Opportunity is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. When the holder succeeds in a roll, they are given the option to roll a d20 again. Upon a 13 or higher, the success turns into a critical success, in battle it will double the dice rolled and auto-max the second set of die.

The Stone of Warped Opportunity cannot be used on a failed roll.
On a roll that is not an attack, the roll turns to a critical success instead of just a success. If the person rolls below the required 13, it turns it into a fail instead of a success, but not a critical failure.
On a roll that is an attack, the roll will double the number of die rolled for damage, and the die that it adds to the damage roll are automatically the max of what they could be, if you use this stone when you already crit an enemy, you will roll all of the normal damage and the critical damage as new damage this stone created. If you decide to roll this die after you have hit and you roll a 12 or lower, the the hit becomes a failure, and you miss the hit altogether.

The Stone of Warped Opportunity's champion was a halfling fighter named Klaern who wished to play off his strengths. He died 27 years later when he fought against Udacha.
