Stone of Stored Actions

The Stone of Stored actions is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It allows its holder to store time in it to be used another time. The Stone of Stored Actions appears as a crystal ball instead of a stone ball.

The holder of the stone of stored actions may expend their action to charge one charge into the stone, up to a maximum of 5. With each new charge in the stone, a star appears inside of the crystal ball, sparkling brilliantly. As a free action, a charge may be expended from the stone to grant one extra action this turn.
