Stone of Slots

The Stone of Slots is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It can carry spell slots inside of it, and they can be then removed to be used as the holder wishes.

It takes one action to store a spell slot inside of the Stone of Slots, and one action take a slot out. Storing a spell slot takes concentration and removes the spell slot from the holder (if a person stores a 5th level slot then they will lose a level 5 spell slot as though they just cast a spell, the slot will return as normal through rests or other means.).
Slots stored in the stone stay until taken out, and only give a spell slot back, meaning a person cannot exeed their maximum spell slots with this stone.

The maximum the Stone of Slots can carry is a combined total of 16 slots.

The Stone of Slots' champion was a Warlock Human named Zastan who wished to be able to steal his patron's power. He died 16 years later when Yhellel killed him.
