Stone of Sapping Strength

The Stone of Sapping Strength is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It allowed the user to put enormous ammounts of strength into their actions with the cost of their stats.

The Stone of Sapping Strength can either be used to automatically pass any strength check or add a +4 to hit on a weapon using your strength modifier and an extra 2 die damage if it hits. If either is used at any time the strength stat of the user is decreased by 3 perminantly, if the wielder cannot drop 3 without going below 0, the ability does not take effect and the user's stats are not reduced.

The Stone of Sapping Strength's Champion was a Dwarf Barbarian named Orlen. He died a month later abusing the stone until he could barely lift his sword.
