Stone of Powerful Ignorance

The Stone of Powerful Ignorance (one of my personal favorites), was a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament, which gave the person in possesion of it the ability to ignore reality. It's holder ignores AC in battle, can ignore gravity and force of impact, making it impossible to be knocked over or pushed. The only thing it cannot ignore is damage, which is still taken in full. While you can ignore reality with the stone, you also have your perception and passive perception drop by 10 at all times.

The Stone of Powerful Ignorance's champion was a Dreamtouched Fighter named Oribel, who wished to be in full ignorance instead of flickering between existence and non-existence. Oribel died 2 years later when he was unable to move out of the way of an avalanche.
