Stone of Offense

The stone of offense was created by Yhellel during his tournament, which gave the person in possesion of it one of two abilities when the person was able to make an action, it could either 1) Increase the roll for hitting something by 10, but lowers the damage you deal by 25%, or 2) Reduce the roll for hitting something by 6, but you triple damage dealt if you do hit.

The Stone of Offense's champion was an Orc Barbarian named Bulruk, who wished for "Power, or accuracy, no, wait power.... Or maybe accuracy....". He had an inteligence score of 5. Bulruk died 2 months later when he realized he didn't have a tank. He was facing a giant.
