Stone of Magical Continuance

The Stone of Magical Continuance is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. The stone grants the ability to restore spell slots to it's holder, though it doesn't just fill them up passively. The stone must be held in the hand and concentrated on while restoring, and the amount of time required to be in concentration is determined by the level of the spell slot you are restoring. If your concentration is broken a slot will not be gained.

A level one spell slot only takes 2 seconds, or one action if you are in combat to recover.
A level two spell slot will take a total of 10 seconds, or one action and a bonus action if you are in combat.
A level three takes 20 seconds, or two actions.
A level four takes 24 seconds, or three actions and a bonus action.
A level five takes 36 seconds, or an action and three consecutive turns.
A level six takes one minute, or an action and four consecutive turns.
A level seven takes 3 minutes, or two actions and five consecutive turns.
A level eight takes 10 minutes, or five actions and six consecutive turns.
A level nine takes 30 minutes, or seven actions and ten consecutive turns.

The Stone of Magical Continuance cannot be used to regain divinity or spell slots that were originaly used to contain divine magic.

The Stone of Magical Continuance's champion was a human wizard named Alabyran, who wished for continued strength as long as he prayed. Alabyran died 4 years later, while trying to gain his spell slots back in the middle of battle.
