Stone of Lengthy Teleportation

The stone of lengthy teleportation is a stone created by Yhellel during his tournament. It grants the holder the ability to teleport, but the teleportation sometimes takes a long time to complete.

The Stone of Lengthy Teleportation can be used as a bonus action to choose one space the holder knows of, and teleport there. When the stone is used to teleport, roll a d20. If the result is 17 or higher, the holder does not appear in their chosen space until next turn, when another d20 will be rolled to see if they appear. While a long time can pass before the holder finally finishes their teleportation, to the person teleporting, it always seems as though it has been only a moment. The stone of lengthy teleportation can only teleport one creature at a time, and takes all of the teleported creature's items that they are holding with them.
